For the 11th consecutive year, Harborfields High School’s girls varsity swim team hosted a Swim Across America event at Centerport Yacht Club. This year, 33 swimmers from Harborfields, Huntington, South Huntington and Elwood participated on Sept. 8 and raised $4,747 for cancer research, prevention and treatment.
