On Sunday, June 5, “Long Island Cars” will present the “Super Swap Sunday” Car Show & Swap Meet on the scenic grounds of Flowerfield Fairgrounds in St. James. Hundreds of classic and collectible automobiles, including show cars from the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s, one-of-a-kind custom cars, antiques, exotics, muscle cars, street rods, trucks and imports will compete in judging in 50 classes with impressive trophies.
Acres of vendors will be well stocked for this large swap meet, where you can buy, trade, sell or swap automobile parts, equipment, accessories and literature; plus a wide variety of cars will be for sale in the “Car Corral”. You’ll experience live music entertainment, fun fair food and more. There is something for every member of the family to enjoy!
Flowerfield Fairgrounds is located on Route 25A in St. James. L.I.E. 62 North, take Nicolls Rd (Rte 97) North to the end, make a left /west on Route 25A for 2 miles (GPS coordinates: Ashleigh Dr & N Country Rd, 11780). 8am to 4pm, rain date: June 12th. Admission: $10.00; 12 years and under are free; free parking. Display or sell your collectible car with admission. Judged cars and vendors register at the gate between 7am and 10 am.
