In the school’s library, sixth graders at West Babylon Junior High School can take full advantage of the many activities and services offered. During their first period classes, students can visit the library. While they can use the time to study, return/renew/take out a book, many of the students use the library for its many other services. Students can engage in different games, including chess, Uno and cup-stacking. There’s also a charging station where students can leave their Chromebooks or recharge while they are working on an assignment. There’s a station for building Lego and an Unplugged Makerspace area, where students can create a craft of the week.
