Pumpkin decorating goes digital at Birch

To celebrate Halloween and increase their technology proficiency, fourth-graders at Birch Lane Elementary School in the Massapequa School District created digital jack-o-lanterns. The students used Google Slides on their Chromebooks, and were able to customize their pumpkins by selecting the mouth, eyes, accessories and other components. They also wrote short stories about
