St. James Elementary School held it’s annual art show Thursday night, May 19, and it did not disappoint.
More than 2,000 visitors attended to see the artwork created by the entire student body.
Each student had two art pieces showcased, one two-dimensional and one three-dimensional piece to total close to one thousand works of art on display. The students chose what pieces they wanted to display and learned what it was like to curate an art show.
St. James Elementary School art teacher Mrs. Kapps-Fleming says she “couldn’t be more proud of her amazing artists.”
