Smithtown High School East senior, TJ Visciano won his first county wrestling championship on Feb. 11.
Visciano, who is in the 13-pound class, defeated Patchouge-Medford’s Joel Duchimaza. Smithtown High School East and High School West together have five wrestlers qualify for the state tournament later this month.
