Saladino Welcomes New Restaurant ‘Grexicana’ To Farmingdale

Oyster Bay Town Supervisor Joseph Saladino joined Nassau County Legislator John Ferretti and the Farmingdale Chamber of Commerce to celebrate the grand opening of Grexicana, located on Motor Avenue in Farmingdale. Officials and Chamber Members joined owner, Kallie Papas, in cutting the ceremonial grand opening ribbon despite the freezing temperatures and snow. Grexicana is a full restaurant serving a unique fusion of Greek and Mexican dishes including chicken paillard, chorizo over Greek pasta, moussaka enchiladas, and lamb and beef gyro tacos.
