Lavender Festival At Hoshyla Farms Promises Weekend Of Scent-sational Fun

Hoshyla Farms is excited to announce the Lavender Festival, the only U-pick lavender event on Long Island. The festival will be held on July 6 and 7 from 11 am to 6 pm at 132 Ryerson Avenue, Manorville, NY 11949.

This unique event offers visitors the opportunity to walk through rows of blooming lavender and pick their own. Admission is free, with parking available on-site for $10 per car, and free for Manorville residents with valid ID.

The Lavender Festival features a variety of attractions and activities. Attendees can explore lavender- themed merchandise and enjoy children’s activities such as face painting, henna artistry, fairy hair styling, and candle making. Live music will add to the festive atmosphere, and wine will be available for purchase by the glass. Food vendors will offer a selection of lavender-themed treats and foods.

While limited seating will be available, visitors are encouraged to bring their own chairs or blankets to relax and fully enjoy the event. Please note that no pets are allowed, although service animals are welcome.

The festival will also include a vendor market showcasing handcrafted items and unique crafts. As vendors set their own pricing, attendees are advised to bring cash, as not all vendors may accept credit cards.
