Islip Town Supervisor Angie Carpenter joined with members of the Historical Society of Islip Hamlet and Kurt and Michael Bohlsen, for the installation of an historic marker at the Bohlsen Restaurant Group Headquarters site on Main St. in Islip.
9-5-23 town of Islip Supervisor Angie Carpenter attended the Historic Marker Designation at the BRG Headquarters.
The historic designation of the BRG Headquarters marks Islip’s Second Town Hall. The Bohlsen family restored the site, and graciously permitted and installed the marker.
