Sixth grade students in Mr. Brodmerkel’s exploring science class at Robert Moses Middle School in the North Babylon School District had a special visit from Tracy Marcus from the Cornell Cooperative Extension Program in January. Ms. Marcus visited to speak to students about the local ecosystem and “super sea creatures of Long Island.” Students were able to interact and touch some of the live local species as they learned all about them.
