Minnesauke Elementary School was presented with the Emma Cup for having the highest number of students sign up for and complete the summer reading challenge at the Emma S. Clark Memorial Library. This year, nearly 25% of Minnesauke students completed the challenge, which rewards students for reading during summer break with prizes.
It was a record-breaking year for the summer reading challenge at the library. More than 800 students read 27,566 combined books in all of Three Village. The district and public library congratulate all of this year’s participants for continuing to foster their love for reading during the summer.
