East Islip High School participated in Take Your Child to Work Day on April 24, an annual event that gives American children a glimpse into the working world and their parent’s career, exposing them to future job possibilities.
“Our school was filled to the brim with so many children of staff who participated in Take Your Child to Work Day,” Principal Mark Bernard said. “Their smiling faces helped to brighten our day.”
