East Islip High School students Josh Di Prima Bien, Nina Gerace, Chase Grimm, Furghub Malik and Zachary Zhang successfully participated in the 2023 Long Island Physics Olympics, at Farmingdale State College. This physics competition included 14 of the top high schools in Suffolk and Nassau. East Islip’s team earned second place in the “Something to Torque About” event.
“Great job, students of physics,” coach Fred Coulton said.
