CSTL’s Spooky Fest Adds Attractions to Family Focused Event

Spooky Fest 2022, presented by The Center for Science Teaching and Learning (CSTL), returns with new activities and attractions. This year, the transformed Spooky Fest will focus on family activities and attractions.

The event includes Long Island’s only quarter-mile “Spooky Walk in the Woods” which now includes six large animatronic “Zombie Dinosaurs.” Also, for this year is the expanded “Enchanted Forest Walk for Children” where visitors take a walk through the Tanglewood Preserve and are treated to a colorfully lit Halloween story and friendly characters including butterflies, friendly ghosts, happy scarecrows, dinosaurs, aliens and Cinderella’s carriage complete with a prince and princess. Family activities include a kids’ arts and crafts area, a meet-and-greet with merry monsters, fortune telling, kids DJ dance party, jugglers and other performers.
