Connetquot High School varsity football coach Mr. Michael Konsevich and district athletic director Mr. Peter Melore have announced the names of six former district athletes and two coaches who will be added to the district’s prestigious Connetquot School District Athletic Hall of Fame (HOF). Tickets for the brunch and ceremony will be $20 per person. Make checks payable to the Connetquot HS Touchdown Club. Contact LConnor@ccsdli.org for additional information. Konsevitch and Melore, as members of the 2022 selection committee, announced that the following individuals will be inducted at a ceremony to be held at the Connetquot High School cafeteria on May 7th at 10 A.M.:

James Higgins (2013), football, baseball, basketball
Christine Hyland (1998), cross country, track
Robert Krause (2006), cross country, track
James Melchiona (1993), football, wrestling
Erin Melly (2014), cross country, track
Coach Bob Ambrosini, baseball, football
Coach Tom Anziano, cross country, softball
Athletic Hall of Fame Inductees are selected by a committee of veteran coaches, teachers and administrators from nominations submitted by qualified, graduated Connetquot student-athletes, coaches and community members every two years. For further information visit ccsdli.org.
