In celebration of World Kindness Day on Nov. 13, kindergarten students at Paul J. Bellew Elementary School in the West Islip School District signed a kindness banner. The students started with a mindfulness lesson and read “The Kind Ninja.” In addition, classes throughout the school buddied up to tie fleece blankets to donate to Good Samaritan Hospital.
