New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation – Long Island Region, is accepting applications for ice cream truck opportunities at Belmont Lake, Heckscher, Hempstead Lake and Valley Stream State Parks from May 1, 2021 to October 31, 2021.
There is a fee of $500.00 that is required for each park.

All completed applications, required documents and payments are due to State Parks no later than Monday, March 1, 2021.
Upon approval, your company will be added to a list of “Approved Vendors” for these facilities. This list will then be provided to anyone who reserves a pavilion at Belmont Lake, Heckscher, Hempstead Lake or Valley Stream State Parks.
The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation oversees more than 250 parks, historic sites, recreational trails, golf courses, boat launches and more, which are visited by 78 million people annually.
