The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation is pleased to announce that on Friday, January 24, 2020 at 10:00AM, the Long Island State Park Region will hold a lottery to select permittees for the use of softball fields at Belmont Lake and Bethpage State Parks.
Field availability is as follows:
Bethpage State Park (2 fields)
From April 6, 2020 – August 9, 2020
Mondays – Fridays from 5:30PM – Dusk; and Sundays from 7:00AM – 11:00AM Black Out Dates: to be determined
Belmont Lake State Park (2 fields)
From April 6, 2020 – August 14, 2020
Mondays – Fridays from 5:30PM – Dusk
Black Out Date: June 22, 2020. Additional dates may apply.
To obtain lottery applications please contact the Permits Office, weekdays, 9:00AM to 4:45PM at 631- 321-3515. The lottery will be held at Long Island State Parks Headquarters, 625 Belmont Avenue, West Babylon, NY 11704.
