The Sayville Village Improvement Society, SVIS, is proud to announce a Call for Entries for the First Annual Sayville Art in the Park Outdoor Sculpture Competion. The competition seeks twelve outdoor sculptures made from metal wheelbarrows, which SVIS will provide. They will be exhibited in the public parks throughout the town for a five month period, after which they will be auctioned off at the Sayville Summerfest on August 9, 2020. SVIS will provide alike wheelbarrows to all selected artists. This competition is open to artists/teams 18 years of age and older. The deadline to apply is February 24, 2020, with finalists notified by March 10, 2020.
