Sen. Steve Rhoads Joins Wantagh Fire Dept. Blood Drive

Senator Steve Rhoads participated in the Wantagh Fire Department’s annual blood drive, joining community members, volunteers, and first responders to support a critical lifesaving effort for Long Island residents.
This year’s drive set a record, collecting enough blood to potentially save up to 258 lives, highlighting the generosity and commitment of the local community. The event also welcomed Town of Hempstead Councilman Chris Schneider, Nassau County Legislator Kayla Knight, and Assemblyman Dave McDonough’s representative Shannon Fredericks, who were present to support the drive and recognize the contributions of the Wantagh Fire Department and participating residents.
