Oyster Bay Town Supervisor (left) along with Councilwoman Vicki Walsh (right) recently honored Highway Division employee Rubina Usman, of Oyster Bay, (center) as ‘Employee of the Month.’ Despite battling cancer and undergoing chemotherapy, Rubina continues to go the extra mile to meet the needs of Town residents with a friendly demeanor and a smile on her face. Rubina’s dedication and perseverance is remarkable and serves as a true inspiration to her co-workers and everyone around her.
