On Monday, April 22, 1-800-Flowers brought together people of all abilities to create beautiful floral arrangements for the Center for Developmental Disabilities Spring Fling dance, hosted by the Center’s 853 School for its students. The Spring Fling dance will take place today, Tuesday, April 23rd.

Farmers from Smile Farms, a Long Island nonprofit supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, teamed up with participants from the From Tears to Cheers vocational program to create beautiful arrangements and help make the dance extra memorable for the students.

The crew is looking forward to getting together again in May when they will prepare arrangements, boutonnieres, and corsages for the school’s Prom.
