The Bryn Elliott Team, a small team at Douglas Elliman Real Estate, has achieved nothing short of success in recent years. At the 2022 Ellies, the firm’s annual real estate awards ceremony, the Bryn Elliott Team received the Pinnacle Award, Douglas Elliman’s highest tier recognition (based on production) for the 5th year in a row; 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. They were also titled the #10 Team by GCI and the #11 Team by Volume.
Bryn Elliott dove into real estate full time in October of 2004 and a few years later he obtained his broker’s license. His business philosophy includes old fashioned values, including hard work and good communication, combined with utilizing thorough print advertising, internet and the most up to date technologies to achieve the highest level of exposure possible. “That is the only way for a real estate agent to obtain the best results for their client’s needs, while keeping their client fully informed. There are no short cuts.”
Additionally, he has earned the e-PRO certification, the only technology certification from the National Association of Realtors, and he prioritizes keeping up to date on the latest technologies.
