About LCAC
Levittown Community Action Coalition was founded in 2015, in Levittown, NY. Levittown Community Action Coalition (LCAC) is comprised of a dedicated group of individuals and entities within our Levittown Community – representatives from our schools, our youth, law enforcement, media, hospitals, libraries, substance abuse treatment agencies, civic groups, businesses, religious organizations, state and local agencies, and other organizations involved in substance abuse prevention– working together to reduce substance misuse through recognition, education and awareness.

LCAC’s vision is to support a community where residents feel safe, valued, connected, and empowered to respond to life’s challenges without resorting to the use and abuse of alcohol, opiates and other drugs. In pursuit of this goal, we provide members of the Levittown, Island Trees and surrounding communities with the tools they need to open the lines of communication that are so vital to preventing alcohol and drug misuse.
