Oyster Bay Town Councilman Steve Labriola recently visited East Lake Elementary School in Massapequa Park to meet 5th Grade students and talk about local government. Students had the opportunity to ask questions about the different levels of government, the job of a councilperson, and ways to become civically involved in their community. Councilman Labriola also thanked Principal McKilop and Assistant Principal Velte for making this visit possible.
