Arrowhead Elementary School fifth grader Kassidy Dickenson recently organized a fundraiser to raise awareness for esophageal atresia, a condition in which a baby’s esophagus is not developed properly. Dickenson collected more than $300 from the Arrowhead school community, which was donated to the EA/TEF Family Support Connection. The nonprofit organization is dedicated to providing educational resources and emotional, practical support to aid in the daily care of children affected by esophageal atresia.
