The Deer Park High School Women’s Choir recently performed “The Star-Spangled Banner” at a start of a general meeting of the Suffolk County Legislature in Hauppauge, on the invitation of Legislator Tom Donnelly.
The women’s choir, directed by Catherine Singer, will be performing for the first time in three years at the Music in the Parks competition in Hershey, Pennsylvania in June 2023 after a hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
