Dancing With a Purpose

In early March, fourth graders at Edward J. Bosti Elementary school wowed their families, teachers and fellow students with a ballroom dancing performance. This impressive show was a culmination of 10 weeks of practicing the meringue, fox trot, rumba, swing, tango and waltz in their physical education classes through a partnership with nonprofit organization “Dancing Classrooms,” which promotes social-emotional learning through dance.
