The Connetquot Central School District appointed Brian Wrinkle principal of John Pearl Elementary School. Mr. Wrinkle replaces Susan White, who retired in July 2022.
Mr. Wrinkle, a Commack resident, said he is excited to take the helm from such a veteran administrator, and his goal is to “continue to maintain the history of success at John Pearl Elementary School.”
Mr. Wrinkle has had a long and prosperous career in the Connetquot Central School District, first as former assistant director of pupil personnel resources and a three-year tenure at Sycamore Avenue Elementary School. Since January 2020, Mr. Wrinkle served as assistant principal at Ronkonkoma Middle School.
Mr. Wrinkle holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Sacred Heart University and a Master of Science in education from Dowling College. He also received post-master certification in educational leadership at Stony Brook University.
The district congratulates Mr. Wrinkle on his appointment and extends best wishes for success in the 2022-2023 school year.
