The Connetquot Central School District would like to thank Suffolk County Legislators Trish Bergin and Anthony Piccirillo for honoring the boys volleyball and boys soccer championship teams on Nov. 22.
The Connetquot High School boys soccer team was honored by, left, Suffolk County Legislators Anthony Piccirillo and, right, Trish Bergin and are pictured with, left, Director of Health, Physical Education, Athletics and Recreation Peter Melore and, right, coach John Zambriski.
The boys fall athletic program ended on a high note with the boys volleyball team garnering the title of Suffolk County Champions. The boys varsity soccer team took home the Suffolk County and Long Island Championship titles. This is the first county championship for either sports team.
