The seniors were selected as this year’s scholarship recipients based on their academic achievements, their commitment to their alma mater, and depth of community service. Mr. Kelly and Miss Mondesir are college-bound where they will be pursuing careers in teaching. Both hope to return to their hometown of Central Islip to teach the next generation of students.
