On Saturday, May 1, 2021 Legislator Leslie Kennedy recognized the volunteerism, community spirit, and general sense of collegiality of the historical car community.
Led by Patty and Phil Mancuso in their Mustang GT 500, more than 20 Chevys, Dodges, Oldsmobiles, and other performance cars toured through the neighborhoods of Commack. Residents got a chance to see real rolling history up close and personal, and the whole group had a great day, with most of the convertible tops put down to enjoy the sunshine. It was a great day in Commack, as Legislator Kennedy noted her strong regard for the community she grew up in.
