Exciting changes are underway at Celebrate St. James as major renovations bring us closer to the highly anticipated opening of the St. James Community Cultural Arts Center, a future home for creativity, connection, and community.
Phase 1 construction progress highlights include:
- New roof installation currently underway
- Stage stabilization with steel support beams now strengthening the second floor
- Roofing underlayment in place, setting the stage for our new metal roof
This critical first phase has been made possible through a generous matching grant from the RDL Gardiner Foundation and the support of two extraordinary benefactors. Their contributions have been instrumental in helping us preserve and transform this historic space.
