The new year in the Seaford School District kicked off on Sept. 1, with students
eager to learn, arriving at the middle school, high school and two elementary schools.
Seaford High School freshmen were excited for their first day at a new school.
The Seaford High School Class of 2023 wore their special senior shirts and ended
their last first day by forming a human “23” in the courtyard for a yearbook photo, then moved to the front steps of the building.

At Harbor and Manor elementary schools, it was the true first day for the Class of
2035. Kindergartners were warmly greeted by their teachers, learned the classroom
routines and began to make some new friends.
