Friends for Life Homecare is expanding. After opening two locations in Massapequa and Massapequa Park, we have a third, beautiful location open in Babylon, which conveniently serves more clients in Suffolk County. The office is at 99 Deer Park Avenue and welcoming visitors daily. “We just fell in love with the space,” said Amy Recco, co-founder of the homecare service and outreach program. “I’m so excited to do what we’re doing in Massapequa and bring it over to Babylon.”
This year marks a milestone for Friends for Life Homecare celebrating our 10th anniversary! Our family-owned and operated business thrives on the passion and commitment we make to helping older adults enjoy their aging years living happy, healthy and with a purpose. The ultimate goal is forseniors to remain independent and live in the comforts of their home. “Our mission in life is helping seniors,” Recco said. “We hold everybody’s hand throughout their journey.”
In addition to the diversity of homecare services for the elderly and disabled, our specialists offer Medicaid and senior planning to guide seniors and their families. “We’re different than other home care companies,” Amy added. “We also do Medicaid and we are non-attorney advocates” … we strive to help people when they can’t afford care in their home. “Recco said that her husband was born into the homecare industry and has continued to assist people throughout his entire life. “It’s in his blood, and he’s amazing at what he does.”
