Recently, the Town of Islip broke ground on One Carleton Green, a $65 million project that contains a 96-unit affordable housing development in Central Islip. This former industrial site will soon be transformed into a transit-oriented, mixed-use development, providing much-needed housing and job opportunities for the community. “We are so excited that through our
