Walt Whitman Shops is excited to host ‘Click for a Cause’ with Lidl OktoberFest this Saturday and Sunday, September 28th and 29th from 1PM – 6PM. 100 percent of the proceeds will be donated to Long Island’s John Theissen Children’s Foundation, which assists sick and underprivileged children in the region, providing hospitals and child-care facilities with therapeutic and recreational equipment, defraying medical expenses for families in need and offering children special wishes and gifts throughout the year.

The event will take place in the parking lot of Walt Whitman Shops and will include award-winning, traditional beer, freshly baked Bavarian pretzels and delicious sizzling bratwurst. Smitty’s Polka Band, Melinda and the Oompahs, and Street Beat Brass will be there to provide traditional German entertainment.
