To celebrate Halloween and increase their technology proficiency, fourth-graders at Birch Lane Elementary School in the Massapequa School District created digital jack-o-lanterns.
The students used Google Slides on their Chromebooks, and were able to customize their pumpkins by selecting the mouth, eyes, accessories and other components. They also wrote short stories about their jack-o-lanterns.
