Jeremy Mutschler appointed Senior Marketing Director of NYCBS
New York Cancer & Blood Specialists (NYCBS) is proud to announce the appointment of Jeremy Mutschler, an experienced marketing expert, as its Senior Director of Marketing. Mr. Mutschler will be overseeing NYCBS’ activities in marketing, advertising, promotions, events, and public relations.
As Senior Marketing Director, Mr. Mutschler will optimize NYCBS’ marketing campaigns by developing a multi-tier approach of integrated campaigns to further promote our unique level of patient care and expand our reach throughout Long Island and New York. “We may be smaller than some of the other cancer care treatment centers but that’s a very big advantage for our patients. We have the ability to move quickly, make things happen, and get things done when patients need it” said Mr. Mutschler.
“I am pleased to be in a role where I can contribute to both the success of our company and the well-being of our patients. With each day that passes, I become more impressed with my colleagues and their level of commitment. Our mission is to provide the most comprehensive cancer care possible while attending to our patients’ immediate needs” said Mr. Mutschler. Mr. Mutschler will be collaborating with each of the departments to formulate a cohesive and consistent marketing strategy.
Mr. Mutschler’s marketing experience is truly unmatched as the former founder and managing partner of Promotions Associations Inc. for more than 20 years. In addition, Mr. Mutschler served as the Director of Operations for International Student Exchange, a non-profit organization which places high school students from more than 40 countries around the world with volunteer host families throughout the United States.
Mr. Mutschler earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from St. John’s University, and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with concentration in Marketing Management from Dowling College. Additionally, Mr. Mutschler taught Marketing and Advertising as an Adjunct Professor.
Tina Toulon joins NYCBS as Physician Liaison
New York Cancer & Blood Specialists (NYCBS) proudly welcomes Tina Toulon, an accomplished expert in sales and relationship building, as a physician liaison to its Long Island team. Ms. Toulon will be responsible for NYCBS’ Suffolk and Nassau Counties.
Toulon holds skills in collaborative selling and account management, with a focus on healthcare and insurance. “Healthcare has always been a passion of mine and I look forward to using my skills to further relationships between NYCBS and our communities,” says Toulon. “I am thrilled to be part of such an incredible team.”
Toulon will be focusing on building relationships with referring physicians, as well as educating healthcare professionals about the mission of NYCBS and will be one of two physician liaisons for its practice. On a personal note, Toulon is the spouse of Suffolk County Sheriff Errol Toulon–a two-time cancer survivor. “I bring enthusiasm, a longtime background in relationship building and sales, fresh ideas on how to tackle challenges, and dedication to both NYCBS and the people in our community,” said Toulon.
Toulon previously served as Account Director at Epsilon Data Solutions, managing the Healthcare and Financial Services market. She also was President and Founder of The Catamount Group, spearheading the profitable marketing agency into an innovative multi-channel provider. In addition, Toulon served as the Vice President of Sales of EWAYDIRECT, and LSC/LSC Digital, acting as a key catalyst in building successful marketing campaigns for its clients.
Neil Foley joins NYCBS as a Physician Liaison
New York Cancer & Blood Specialists (NYCBS) proudly welcomes Neil Foley, a talented and experienced pharmaceutical representative to its city team. Foley will bring over 21 years of experience of pharmaceutical expertise. He will be working out of NYCBS’ Bronx, Manhattan, and Queens locations.
As a trusted source in the medical community for physicians and medical professionals, Foley’s experience is truly unmatched. He served as a top-tier anti-psychosis representative for over 20 years, promoting the growth and sales for several pharmaceutical companies such as Sunovian and Astra-Zeneca, which included increasing profit margins.
“I plan to provide and maintain the best physician relation management as we partner and grow with other small-town physicians and organizations,” said Foley.
Foley has been currently a Councilman for the Town of Brookhaven for five years addressing and solving multiple issues concerning the community.
Foley’s main task has been to treat physicians and patients as his own family. “I’m excited to join an organization that strives every day to better people’s lives. To work for this organization is an incredible opportunity” said Foley.
